Oil Skimmer – Skimmer Head Type

• Disc Skimmer
  The discs rotated down through the oil slick, and the oil collected on the discs was removed using scrapers in between the discs. Oil flowed from the discs, down the scrapers, and into a tank, where a pump offloaded the oil to collection tanks.
• Drum Skimmer
  The drums rotated down through the oil slick, and the oil collected on the drums was removed using scrapers. Oil flowed from the wipers into a tank, where a pump offloaded the oil to collection tanks.
• Brush Skimmer
  The brushes rotated down through the oil slick, the oil collected on the discs was removed using scrapers, and the oil flowed into a tank. A pump offloaded the oil up to collection tanks.
• Grooved Skimmer
  The grooved drums rotated through the oil slick, and the oil collected on the drums was removed using scrapers. Oil flowed from the wipers into a tank, where a pump offloaded the oil to collection tanks.

Oil Skimmer – Oil Skimming Applications are divided into three groups;

• Offshore Oil Skimming
  Middle capacity floating oil skimmer that skims and separates oil from Open sea and offshore
• Inland Waters + Coastal Waters Oil Skimming
  Middle or low-capacity floating oil skimmer that skims and separates oil from inland waters and coastal water
• Industrial Oil Skimming
  Middle or low-capacity floating oil skimmer that skims and separates within various industrial settings ranging from manufacturing and processing activities to wastewater management in hazardous and corrosive environments such as
  (Wastewater + Food processing + Refineries + Steel Mills – Scale pits + Vegetable Oil Processing Plant+ Chemical Plant + Oil Processing)
